IT Business Liaison

As the IT Liaison officer, you will be crucial in driving the strategic development of our group. Being part of Axel Johnson International and our Power Transmission Solutions business area, you will help drive technical advancements that make a real difference for our companies and the industry as a whole.

About the position
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic IT Business Liaison to act as a bridge between our central IT department and the various companies within the Power Transmission Solutions Business Group. The ideal candidate will ensure that all our companies fully leverage the IT department’s services and solutions while also influencing the development of these solutions to align with the companies’ needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Needs Assessment: Work closely with the companies to understand their IT needs and challenges.
• Facilitate Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between the central IT department and the companies within our group.
• Solution Implementation: Ensure that the companies are fully utilizing the IT services and solutions provided by the central IT department.
• Feedback Loop: Gather company feedback and communicate it to the central IT department to influence the development and improvement of IT solutions.
• Training & Support: Organize training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure companies can effectively use the IT solutions.
• Project Management: Oversee the implementation of IT projects within the companies, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the group.

 

Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Solid experience in an IT liaison, IT project management, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of IT systems and solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, collaborative across diverse teams and cultures.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with flexibility and resilience.
• Strong problem-solving skills andattention to details.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written..
