Accountant to our Group Finance Department

We are on an exciting growth journey and are now seeking an Accountant to join our expanding accounting team. You will work in an international environment with the accounting for two companies: Axel Johnson International AB and AxFlow Holding AB. The two companies together have around 100 employees and they own well above 100 companies within the AxInter Group. You will be a part of a team of three people and report to the Head of Group Accounting.

We are looking for someone with a relevant academic degree and around five years of experience in qualified accounting. To be successful in this role you have experience with K3 and all its aspects, you have good system proficiency, and you are skilled in Excel. Fluency in both Swedish and English is required and knowledge in systems such as Maconomy, MediusGo and Adra is meritorious.

Main tasks:

• Accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Invoicing of management fee
• Handle in- and outgoing payments
• Conducting daily accounting including treasury related transactions such as FX transactions, interest on loans and cash pool related transactions
• Bank/cash pool reconciliations
• Part of the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing process
• VAT reconciliation
• Reporting of statistics
• Other administrative tasks such as travel expense reporting
• Ad-hoc questions

You are a service-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills and a track record of reliable delivery. You are good at building relationships with other units, and you are comfortable working towards deadlines. You have the ability to quickly adapt to new tasks and are humble about new challenges.
